2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically receive:

  • Pages visited and time spent on the Site

2.3 Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _gat, _ga_FEGQ58JMNZ) — set by Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the Site. These cookies assign a pseudonymous identifier to your browser to track usage patterns over time. They do not link your activity to your name or any directly identifying information.
  • Verification cookies — set by Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated bots during form submission.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect the core functionality of our Site.

2.4 Do Not Track Signals

Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals. Google Analytics may continue to collect browsing data even when DNT is enabled in your browser. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically, please use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to and process your project inquiry (primary purpose)
  • Follow up with you and assess project qualification
  • Send inquiry notification emails to our internal team
  • Analyze Site traffic and performance to improve the user experience
  • Prevent automated abuse and fraudulent submissions via Cloudflare Turnstile
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share information only with the following service providers, who act as data processors on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — We use Cloudflare for serverless computing (Workers), database storage (D1), file storage (R2), transactional email routing, and bot protection (Turnstile). All form submissions are processed and stored within Cloudflare's infrastructure. For more information, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Google LLC — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site. Google processes analytics data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.

We do not share personal information with third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes (California "Shine the Light," Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83).

We may also disclose your information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or other governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5. Data Retention

  • Inquiry records (name, email, phone, address, project details, messages): retained for 3 years from the date of your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.
  • System backups: stored in encrypted cloud storage for 30 days on a rolling basis, then automatically overwritten.
  • Google Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics default settings (up to 26 months).

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Encryption at rest for all stored inquiry data (Cloudflare D1)
  • Multi-factor authentication for access to our administrative systems (Cloudflare Access)

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
