What’s included in our Attached ADU design services?

Development Potential Analysis

A formal feasibility and regulation audit focused on structural attachments and firewall separations. It clarifies structural bearing capacity, maximum allowable sizing, and optimal utility integration for your attached unit, complete with a preliminary proposed site plan.

As-Built Drawings

A high-precision digital survey of your existing primary structure. Through comprehensive field measurements of existing load-bearing walls, heights, and connection points, you will receive the verified baseline site plan and floor plan required for structural tying.

Attached ADU Designs

A customized attached architectural concept and space planning service. Through close collaboration to refine functional interior layouts, optimal privacy buffers, and aesthetic features that integrate seamlessly with your main house, you will receive a full programmatic set including the Site Plan, Floor Plan, Roof Plan, and Exterior Elevations.

Technical Drafting

An advanced technical engineering and code compliance process for integrated building connections. As our professional team translates attached architectural concepts into rigorous structural framing, foundation tying configurations, and mandatory California Title 24 energy calculations, you will receive the full construction package (Structural Plans, Structural Calculations, Electrical Plan, and Title 24 report), as well as authorized professional engineering stamps.

Plan Permit Processing

A comprehensive municipal liaison and agency coordination service. By managing the formal submittal to the building department and directly clearing all plan checker corrections regarding structural integration and fire safety, you will receive the final city-approved blueprint package, as well as your legally authorized building permit (Permit).
