How does the As-Built process work?

We follow five simple steps to prepare the foundational drawings required for your project:

Free Consultation & Scheduling

We discuss your project details, provide a clear quote, and schedule a time for the on-site measurement.

On-Site Measurement

We visit the property in person to measure every wall, every room, and the heights of all doors, windows, and ceilings.

Utility Mapping

We locate and mark the exact positions of the electrical panel, water meter, and gas meter on the plans to help you plan your utility lines.

AutoCAD Drafting

We take the data collected on-site and draw it into standard AutoCAD plans, ensuring they are ready for your designer or for submission to the city.

Final Delivery

We send the final AutoCAD (DWG) files and high-resolution PDF copies directly to you.
