What’s included in our Conversion ADU/JADU design services?
Development Potential Analysis
A formal feasibility and regulation audit tailored for interior/garage conversions. It verifies ceiling heights, egress compliance, and utility tie-in feasibility, providing a preliminary proposed layout plan.
As-Built Drawings
A high-precision digital survey of the existing structure. By taking exact field measurements of existing framing, slabs, and utility locations, you will receive the verified baseline floor plan required for legal conversion.
ADU Designs
A high-efficiency programmatic architectural concept for internal re-demarcation. We refine your dedicated exterior entrance, built-in kitchen amenities, and optimal space flow, delivering a full concept package including the Site Plan, Floor Plan, and Elevations.
Technical Drafting
An advanced building code compliance process for structural modifications. Our team drafts construction documents for firewall barriers, seismic anchoring, and mandatory Title 24 calculations—all backed by authorized engineering stamps.
Plan Permit Processing
A comprehensive municipal liaison and agency coordination service. We handle the formal submittal and manage all plan checker corrections regarding "Change of Use" until your building permit is officially issued.
